Turn to RB Machine & Design for custom or replacement collets. We specialize in collets with minimum inside dimensions of 1/4" or outside diameters to 10". RB Machine cost effectively alters standard collets to fit unique shapes or sizes.
The RB Offset Collet for crankshaft turning is designed 
for easy collet replacement. Collet simply unscrews to enable an easy change.
If you require high performance collets, RB Machine can enhance any collet with titanium nitride or impregnated with tungsten carbide. We also seal slots to prevent contamination.

Large Collets
RB Machine & Design manufactures large master collets or replaceable sleeves to 30" in diameter or bigger. We will furnish material and heat treat specifications if needed.

Actuated Collet
RB Machine & Design specializes in hydraulic actuated collet fixtures with standard replaceable pads. Meeting or exceeding your demanding tolerances is our business.
Eight station 3" capacity hydraulic actuated collet fixture with standard replaceable pads. Twin pallet load-unload system for a machining center.
- Off machine quick disconnect hydraulic power source is used to lock or release collets in the fixture.
- Each collet chuck in the fixture is independently powered.
- Through hole chuck design allows chips to fall through to sub plate and be washed off.

Fixture / Swing Clamp
Fixture shown locates with collet on large bore and incorporates floating diamond pin locator on small bore. Swing clamps lock piece part in place for milling.
